“If communal areas are meant to be cleaned properly, it really does not feel like that happens. The dining room is usually left in a total state. For example, when I booked it once, there were old pizza boxes there with mouldy bits still in them. Another time it smelled so awful we could not even stay in there, it literally smelled like a urinal, and we were left with dirty dishes and full rubbish bags. On top of that, I have also seen broken glass left behind. At this point I have just stopped trying to book the dining room altogether.”
