“The facilities are a big upgrade, especially in the kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms are private, so they don’t get as beat up, but the shared kitchen that gets used by 7 to 8 people definitely takes more wear and tear. So overall, I’d like to see some newer kitchen equipment and facilities that are properly repaired and cleaned.”

“One thing that could definitely be better is the condition of the place when I arrived, especially the marks on the walls and how clean it was. I remember checking the microwave because I was the first person moving in, and there was still food left in it. In my room too, there were spots like scarf marks on the walls, which makes it pretty clear other people had been living there before. I know it’s not ideal, and it just kind of left a bad first impression.”
