“I think the staff could be a lot more polite and patient. And the bike parking area needs an upgrade too, it’s way too small and cramped, I can barely fit a bike in there.”

“The building repairs were done in a more attractive way, and things do get fixed, but they’re not always left neat afterward. For example, the thermostat in the study room has no plastic cover, and the handrail in the lift is broken. Also, the carpets in the hallways really need a proper clean.”
