“If I’m being honest, the place could be better managed, especially around how they handle the payment side of things. I think if someone is struggling to pay, they should be given more flexibility, and the staff should be a bit more understanding. Also, room-wise, I’d really like to see more cupboards. Right now there are only the basics, and there’s a lot of empty space, so it feels kind of bare.”
