“The place definitely needs work, especially the rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. A few of the kitchens still have carpet, which just isn’t very practical, and some of the bathrooms have a lot of mold and the grout looks really poor. Also, the middle room in flat C is smaller than the other rooms, but it costs the same, and we weren’t told that ahead of time. I was honestly surprised to find my room was smaller than my flatmates even though we were paying the same amount. On top of that, some rooms have older curtains and chairs, while others have newer items. It really needs to be more consistent across the board.”

“I also made better use of the space in the room, and I swapped out a few of the older items for newer ones.”

“My flatmates are really unhygienic, and management hasn’t done much to fix it.”

“It’s probably a small thing, but I do wish the windows and the rooms that face the roadways were better soundproofed. Every now and then, car noise and even sirens have gone off and woken me up, and it has also roused a few of my flatmates in the middle of the night.”
