I really think this is spot on. Thanks so much, everyone.

I’m staying on Level 3, and it’s a studio with an en-suite bathroom and my own private kitchen. The only thing I’d change is the bed size. Other than that, it’s absolutely perfect.

The bathroom and kitchen drains keep getting clogged. I’ve poured in drain unblocker again and again, and no matter what I do, nothing really improves. The waste water just moves really slowly all the time.

The bathroom sink is a good size.

Pricing was fair. The bathroom could be improved to feel more updated and modern, like the rest of the building.

If we could get printing set up inside the building.

It’s not really about the place itself or the people who live here. On a personal note, I’d just try to connect with more folks. Sometimes it can feel a bit lonely in here.

Make the walls in the 1b bedroom quieter by improving the soundproofing.

There should be more rat traps placed around the building, and the parking lot across the way needs stronger security. It’s pretty unpleasant to have to watch drug users take their drugs.

A better door would help keep the noise from traveling, whether it’s from the room or the hallway. You can hear what’s going on in the room really easily when you’re out in the hallway, and that makes me feel uneasy. It’s more about personal privacy, and I don’t want other people to be able to overhear.
