“The side of the window that faces the road is really loud. I’m hoping the window’s soundproofing can be improved.”

“Hi, I’d like to improve my accessible accommodation by adding more accessible cupboard storage in the lower kitchen area. I also want to include window controls that I can use without straining my hands or having to stand up. For example, it would be great to have Alexa operated or electric window functions so I can open and close the blinds and the windows easily.”

“The main thing I’d change is the rent. I think it would be better if there were an option where you could pay extra only if you wanted access to the other facilities, like the cinema room and the gym and everything else. For example, I personally haven’t really used the gym, not in my first term and not even at the start of my second term. So I’m not sure how much of the rent is going toward those extra facilities, but I feel like that’s something that could be improved a lot. If they adjusted it, it would probably bring my rent down quite a bit, because it’s pretty expensive, especially even with student finance.”
