“The area around the accommodation feels run down and unfinished, and it seems to attract both pests and sketchy people.”

“1- I think the place could use better security at night, plus more help and support when it gets late. 2- The toilets and bathrooms need to be bigger, because the current ones feel really cramped and suffocating.”

“We make sure the mattresses are cleaned when we move in, and they aren't stained. The rooms get a proper deep clean before we arrive, and the showers are never rusty.”

“The place could be a bit better equipped, for example they could include a kettle and an iron.”

“They adjusted the price, but the fire alarm on our floor is way too touchy. It goes off all the time for no real reason. Also, the bathroom seems to leak pretty easily.”

“I’m really happy with it. I’d just add a light switch by my bed so I wouldn’t have to get up and walk back in the dark.”

“The studio’s space is great, and I really liked how the bedroom was laid out too. Also, the bathroom felt like a good size.”

“I’ve helped make the bin area a lot more organised, and I’ve also encouraged recycling, especially food waste recycling.”

“I was annoyed that they didn’t close down every extra space in the place, like the gym. Even during Covid, they could have run the gym through a booking system, so there would never be more than one household using it at the same time. It’s frustrating paying for these extra facilities and then not being able to use them at all. And honestly, even without Covid, the shared areas could still have bookings instead of being fully shut off.”
