On top of that, everyone in the ground-floor flat can hear the sounds when people come into the building, especially when they get back from parties drunk and loud.”

“The biggest thing that needs to get better is how clean the shared spaces are. At William Murdoch, for instance, the communal bathrooms are always in a really gross condition, and it’s been going on for years. If they stepped up and did more frequent, proper cleaning, it would make a noticeable difference.”

“They’re quicker to respond when problems come up. Plus, the rooms are in better shape when you move in, which means there are fewer issues to deal with later and anything that does pop up can be handled and fixed.”
