“This place is a decent spot to stay. It’s in a great location, the staff are genuinely helpful, and there’s a gym. That said, there are a few things I think should be pointed out. For one, the hallways are way too loud. Also, I found the behavior of some people from the Chinese community pretty unpleasant, like they’re not very considerate and don’t really fit in with the country’s social norms. Finally, it’s quite expensive.”

“Sometimes the regular upkeep just isn’t doing the job. I’ve had no hot water four different times in a month. Also, one of the kitchen sinks has been clogged since I moved in back in September, it was cleared for a bit, but it’s clogged again now. On top of that, one of the ovens in the kitchen has been broken for a month and still hasn’t been repaired.”

“Keeping my bathroom cleaner has been great, especially with those small stains on the walls and the sewer smell.”

“In winter, the heater just doesn’t do much to warm the place up. To make it feel comfortable, it would be better to have a more powerful heater, or one that can run for long stretches without shutting off.”
