“Since this student apartment is pretty small, there really isn’t room to include an on-site gym. Instead, residents could get membership cards for nearby gyms. I honestly think that would make the whole experience better for customers.”

“My door lock won’t work, so I’m having trouble getting into my studio.”

“The social side could definitely be better. That said, I know Covid really did take a hit on everything. My mail got misplaced one time.”

“1. The postcode for the accommodation address on the official website was incorrect, so when I first arrived I ended up going to the wrong place. Hopefully they can fix that. 2. The kitchen light in my room is badly positioned. It sits right above the table, and since it is a chandelier and the ceiling is quite low, I keep bumping my head on it when I eat. 3. There do not seem to be many activities here, and the budget they put toward them is pretty small. I have stayed in a few IQ dorms in other areas before, and those had way more going on.”

“I’m starting to feel like the place we’re staying is really comfortable to live in. It would be great if we could include a few more activities around the city for students to do while they’re here.”

“I’m not sure there’s much to improve, but I’m honestly not happy with how the rooms aren’t really “soundproof.” I can clearly hear the person in the next room talking and even doing dishes. And in the mornings, the door slams wake me up.”
