“The staff were really good, and everyone was genuinely friendly. The rooms are set up really nicely, and having access to the common room is a big plus. The whole building is kept spotless, and it’s always in immaculate condition for students. The kitchens are the perfect size for student living, with two fridges, two ovens, and two sinks, plus plenty of extra features. It’s also really convenient because it’s close to the university buildings, as well as supermarkets and shopping centres.”

“The setup is not consistent. A few studios came with basics like a kettle, toaster, and cleaning supplies, but others didn’t. Even the bins vary, like the types and sizes are different. It honestly feels like not everyone is getting their full money’s worth, since some of us end up having to buy things while others seem to have them already, depending on what we happen to get.”

“The laundry machines!!! Please bring back the old setup where we paid through the MyUnite app using a QR code. Circuit’s app is always messing around. Every time I have to use the laundry machines, I swear my blood pressure goes up.”
