“I’d plan even more events for the residents, and I’d also make the rooms a lot more spacious.”
“If I could change just one thing about where I’m living now, it would be getting more room, especially in the kitchen. There are ten of us, and since I moved to the city late, I ended up with very limited kitchen space, like for the fridge and cupboards. If we had more space for everyone, the kitchen would feel a lot less messy and chaotic.”
“We need a bigger kitchen. I share a place with nine other people, and right now there just isn't enough room in the kitchen for all of us.”
“Lower the rent. Other buildings give the same quality and features for a cheaper price.”
“I’m glad there aren’t any fire drills, because they’re kind of chaotic and happen way too often. If there were ever a real fire, I feel like I’d be less likely to get out safely than I would be if there weren’t any drills in the first place.”
“Even though this is more of an external issue and not really the accommodation’s fault, I do think it could be improved. Especially for people in shared flats, the kitchen setup, particularly the fridge and cupboard storage, needs to be better sorted. Some residents end up with more space than others, and even when they have their own area, they sometimes still try to use other people’s storage.”
“Before anyone moves in, double check that everything in the flat is in good shape and that nothing needs fixing or maintenance.”
“How fast management handles issues with the building?”
“Honestly, I can’t think of much to complain about. If anything, it could use a better Hoover, or maybe a kitchen that’s just a bit more modern.”
