“Please get the lights in my room working.”
“Honestly, I really wish there were more social events at the place, because it’s been pretty tough for me to meet new people and build connections.”
“It would be great if there was an option with a double bed. Also, the area right around the place looks pretty run down.”
“The fire alarm setup isn’t very good. We had the alarm blaring for nearly four hours in the middle of the night. Also, it’s hard to get engineers or support right away when something goes wrong, and they need to respond faster when it’s a false alarm.”
“When I got there, it already looked a bit worn. The kitchen sink was broken, and there were scuffs on the walls in my room.”
“The place is really good and has everything you need. It’s also pretty convenient for public transport, since you can reach it within about 10 minutes. The tables in the room feel high quality, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of room in the kitchen area too, plus a nice hall space for each individual flat. The internet speed is great, and the maintenance team fixes any issues within 12 hours of reporting. The view from the window is excellent as well. Even though I’m on the ground floor, I barely hear any vehicle noise because the room is well insulated. Overall, in my opinion, it’s a comfortable and good place to live.”
“I’m really glad we won’t be dealing with a generator sitting right outside our window, so we won’t have that nonstop white noise. We’re next to a construction site, and the awful crashes and bangs we have to listen to from 7am to 5pm, five days a week, will finally stop. And honestly, not having a door that won’t lock and not walking into a kitchen where the walls are covered in piss would be a big improvement too.”
“A few things were messed up, and there was also some dirt left behind from the last people who stayed there.”
“They have more reception staff available, but they’re almost never there during the open hours, which makes picking up parcels really hard.”
“During the midweek, early morning hours there was a lot of noise, but the security team was much better.”
