“Much better upkeep and looking after the flat before new tenants move in. Since I moved in, there have been loads of issues. The bed is broken, the kettles do not work, there are leaks from the bathrooms into the kitchen, the front door will not work, and even the lights are not working.”

“I think we should install a camera or CCTV in the shared kitchen so nothing else gets stolen. Of course, we should also put up a clear sign letting everyone know the cameras are recording, just to protect privacy.”

“There’s local parking available for free, or you can pay for it through a higher rent.”
