“Honestly, the whole setup is really solid. The concept, the location, and even how well everything is maintained all feel like a big plus. The only thing I’d change is the kitchen. It’s pretty dated, and the appliances feel outdated too. So overall it’s very good, but they should definitely give the kitchen a renovation.”

“The sofa and bed are a lot more comfortable. There’s also an extra radiator that keeps the place nice and warm. Plus, the windows open up.”

“The bathroom is en-suite, and the ovens are great too.”

“I’m living with roommates who aren’t messy, actually clean up after themselves, and do their part to keep the place looking neat and nice.”

“I live in a student village, and there isn’t a study room, so I either study in my bedroom or in the kitchen.”

“When I first got there, the bedroom was honestly in pretty decent shape. There were a couple bits of furniture and some other items, so it was fine overall. The bathroom is what I was really worried about, though. The floor there seems to collect water a lot, like a crazy amount. On top of that, the grey tiles were really mouldy, and it just looked really bad. They did manage to replace the tiles, which was a positive. But they still have not fixed the floor, and that’s kind of disappointing. Also, the Wi-Fi has been awful. In the last two months we’ve had about two outages, which has been super annoying. I just really hope it doesn’t cut out when we actually need to use it.”

“The internet can be a lot faster. And during the summer, they should be able to offer cheaper prices.”

“Way better flatmates, and having a double bed would be even better.”

“It feels like a bit of a mixed setup since it’s only girls, but I’m hopeful there might be some extra student support available through the accommodation team.”
