“The noise is there, but it also creates a social spot in the building where students can actually get together.”

“The elevator maintenance, the door anti-theft maintenance, the front desk service, the noise, and so on. The elevator often breaks down, and because the door is damaged, random strangers sometimes get into the apartment, which feels like a serious safety risk for the residents. On top of that, the electric drills they use for repairs in the morning are really loud.”
