“The place on site just isn’t maintained as well as it should be. For example, the lift breaks down pretty frequently, and the furniture feels kind of flimsy. It would also help if there were a wider mix of people, since that would make it easier to meet others and socialise. If these issues were sorted out, the whole living experience would be a lot better.”
