“I really think it would help to make the cleaners' roles clear, so nobody is doing too much or not enough. A proper post room would also be great, so parcels and letters are not left out in the entrance for anyone to grab. That post room should only be accessible with a code that staff get sent, not just open access. It would also be good to know about absences as early as possible, since the reception is often left without staff at this place. On top of that, having staff on site to deal with posts and questions would make things run smoother. Lastly, the app for paying rent does not work well enough, so they should update or change the software they are using.”
