“If they’re going to do construction on a housing unit during the school year, they probably shouldn’t rent it out for people to live in. It gets really loud, especially in the mornings when some of us are still trying to wake up. I also prefer to work from home, but I can’t, because the noise is going on for most of the day and there are people all around.”

“Getting into the building feels a bit awkward. On College Grove there’s this dark, grimy alley you have to walk through just to reach the accommodation. I’d also really like to see the bathrooms updated, and I think it would help to have a few basic things in place, like a bin in the bathroom and some cutlery in the kitchen.”
