“On the third floor of the accommodation in Central Studio Ealing, there’s some water damage. Honestly, for me it’s not a big deal, but I can see how it could be worse for other students on the other floors. That said, I really like how quickly they’re dealing with it and trying to get everything sorted. They also make sure other students can move into new apartments without too much hassle, and it gets done within a few weeks, so people are moved in and settled. They’re even willing to offer a discount if you want to live somewhere else, which is really helpful. Overall, the staff feel very friendly and supportive.”

“The internet connection is pretty bad, and it won’t stay online for more than around 10 minutes.”

“By upgrading the common room, they even added a full-size pool table.”

“A bunch of things in my room ended up breaking, and it took forever before someone finally came to fix them. On top of that, they had to be repaired more than once, and even now it’s still not quite right.”
