“I think the accommodation needs to take problems more seriously. Beyond the issues I’ve had in my own flat, there was also a problem with the fire alarms. They all broke, and at times we were given temporary ones that didn’t work properly. Other times we didn’t have any at all, and security would have to go around and “check” things.”
