“Basics kitchen appliances, like an oven.”

“The laundry service could be a lot better. The machines need more consistent maintenance, and there should be more machines available. Also, it would help if staff or management reminded the other residents to take their clothes out as soon as the wash or dry cycle finishes, instead of leaving them there for a long time.”

“A few of the facilities in the house are really outdated. It would be great if we could swap them out.”

“I just want to make sure the rooms are properly cleaned before guests arrive. Also, it would be great to have more windows in the rooms for better lighting. And when something is wrong in the room, like holes in the walls, it would be good if it got fixed faster.”
