“Maintenance response time could be faster.”

“I think there’s room to improve how waste is handled. One step would be putting in a better, more organized recycling setup, and maybe starting a composting routine for food scraps and other organic waste. If we cut down what ends up in landfills and get people recycling more consistently, it can support a more sustainable way of living and lower the home’s impact on the environment. Also, having simple, clear instructions for how to sort everything would help everyone join in more easily and do it correctly.”
