“- Shared spaces such as a common room in the Wills house, plus another kitchen, or even a larger one in the GPS.”

“During the winter, we were told the mould in our room was “normal for British buildings,” and I know that isn’t true, coming from the UK. Because of that, we ended up needing the window open all the time, which made the room unbearably cold. It really messed with our ability to study and it affected our mental and physical wellbeing throughout the season. No real action was taken about the mould, except for cleaning it once it got really bad. The heating is controlled by the council, I think, so it turns on and off at times that just don’t help.”

“More space, and an extra kitchenette or two would be great.”

“I’ve had a mold problem in my room, and we reported it a few times, but it still didn’t get properly fixed. It keeps coming back, which is definitely the main thing I’d want improved.”

“The washer and dryer service has gotten better, but honestly it would be even nicer if it were free.”
