“I’d say get the air conditioning installed and swap out all the carpet for hardwood floors. You could also repaint the place and update the curtains while you’re at it.”

“The laundry website needs some work, and it would really help if there were an iron available in every room instead of none.”

“I’d completely redo every flat. The hallway smelled awful, the kitchen was really small and an odd shape, and both bathrooms were dirty and full of mould. There weren’t many windows either, and overall it just wasn’t a well thought out place.”
