“For me, the overall setup in my accommodation is really good, but I’m a bit unhappy with the size of my room. Especially based on what they told me it would be like, when I actually got here, the situation in my room is totally different. I don’t feel like I’m getting the same kind of experience I had in the university accommodation last year. This year I chose a different premium option, and I wasn’t satisfied with what I ended up with. That’s basically the only issue. I just think they should describe the room the way it actually is, rather than giving information that turns out to be misleading.”

“There aren’t any door handles on the outside, so you have to use your key to get in, which is pretty inconvenient. If you’re heading to the kitchen, you end up having to prop the door open somehow, or you just have to remember your keys every time. It would be so much better if they used key cards. Right now, you use your student ID to enter the building, but then it’s one key to get into your flat and a separate key to get into your room. I’d much rather just use my key card or student ID for all of it.”
