“Bathroom and kitchen situation: Cleaning could definitely be more frequent. It also seems like students don’t always remember that other people are using those spaces too, so they should tidy up after themselves. And the noise carries through really easily.”

“It’s way too hot here, and the lift doesn’t work properly most of the time. The kitchen is cramped, and the appliances are pretty outdated.”

“There are quite a few things that really need attention, like the light bulbs in the shared areas, the leaks that show up when it rains, and the paint peeling off. I also think it could use more thorough cleaning since it only seems to happen once a week. Another big problem is that we don’t have proper mailboxes, so anyone can grab our letters and packages. On top of that, the mail is not sorted very well, so it takes forever to figure out where everything is. The staff is really nice, but it definitely feels like they don’t have enough people working.”
