Mold, the cleaning supplies, the showers, the drains, and the curtains or blinds

Upgrading the bathroom with brighter lighting and a bigger sink.

The shared spaces are a lot better now, like the gym, dedicated study desks, extra seating everywhere, and even quieter rooms. There’s also a music room with a piano, plus table tennis games and more.

The Parcle system really needs some improvement.

Could you please put a bit more lighting in the study area? I’m having to rely on the lamp I bought just to make sure there’s enough light for me to study.

The cleaning service is better, but it feels like they rush through the work instead of doing it properly.

The kitchen could be cleaned more often. Or we could set clear rules about where items go, so everyone knows exactly where to put things back and the kitchen stays tidy.

I want to talk about the chair height. Whenever I studied for a long time, my back would get really worn out. I feel like it should be lowered a bit.

Laundry is just okay, honestly. A few of the washing machines have been leaking for more than a year, and they’re also really old. Customer support is easy to reach, but they could use some improvements. The biggest problem for me is the bedroom layout, and I doubt it will ever really get fixed. After the refurb it looks nicer, but the bed is positioned in a way that blocks access to about 60 percent of my desk. There’s no way to move the bed, so more than half of the desk is basically impossible to use. It was so much better before. The new showers are great though. The elevators, on the other hand, look pretty rough. One of them is missing mirrors, so I get a little claustrophobic when I ride it. I know some of the damage is on the residents, since there are people who think vandalizing the place is acceptable, but still, some further renovating would be really appropriate.
