“The bathroom itself is a good size, but the shower area is way too small and not very practical. On top of that, the shower head is mounted quite high on the wall and it can’t be taken down, so it’s really awkward to move around and clean properly.”

“Honestly, the heating is a huge problem. Students are genuinely freezing, and everyone complains, but the company is acting really cheap. They’re pulling in something like 300,000 to 400,000 a year just from this building, and you’d think they could at least keep the rooms warm. They won’t heat your space unless you meet a certain temperature, and even then the heater barely works. They keep telling you it will be fixed until you’re already moved in.”
