“The place is actually pretty nice overall. The location is great too, since the DLR and the Overground are only about a four minute walk away, so getting into central is really easy. It also works well for me because my campus is on the Windrush line. The only downside is the storage. There isn’t much, and most of it is under the bed, which is awkward to use. You have to pull everything out by lifting the mattress, and it’s really inconvenient, especially if you forget something and need to do it again. The mattress is heavy, so it’s not a quick job. On top of that, the bed isn’t very comfortable. Still, it’s manageable. If you want to be close to central and you do not mind the accommodation being just average, then it’s decent.”

“Honestly, I just feel like the hallway could have been cleaner. Also, the replacements for some equipment and facilities that weren’t working should not take so long. It feels like the process drags on, and there are still a few things I’m missing that I should have gotten by now. It’s already been more than half a year, and I still haven’t received any replacement. That’s pretty disappointing, especially because I paid for amenities like the electric kettle and other items, and I never got them.”

“One improvement I’d suggest for Unite Quantum Courts is switching from key cards to a key system. The main reason is that key cards tend to come with a lot of problems, especially tech issues. Sometimes they just don’t work, and they’re also not very convenient. You can’t really attach them to a key chain easily, so they’re kind of annoying day to day. Honestly, a more traditional key would be a much better setup for the property.”
