“Communication with the accommodation staff could be better. The paintwork and the shower room work also need to be of a higher standard. Every now and then we still find bugs in damp spots, like the bathroom and the kitchen. Most of all, the staff should be more mindful and stop just walking into rooms or coming into the kitchen areas. We are paying to live here.”

“I feel like the place could benefit from a better sense of voice and more quiet during the night. A lot of people are loud, banging around, and even throwing things, either from the flats above or from below. It really feels like there should be more respect for everyone living in the shared accommodation, and that includes keeping the kitchen clean too. I also think they should take complaints more seriously and be a bit stricter when someone reports an issue. Yeah.”
