“I really wish there were more spots to hang out, especially within our own blocks. Right now we only get one big common room that everyone uses, and it would’ve been great to have a small shared living room for each block.”

“At first, what stood out to me was how clean everything seemed and how quickly things felt like they would be handled. But when we first arrived, a lot of students mentioned finding silverfish in their rooms and in the kitchen, and I think that should have been checked and sorted before people moved in. Also, once the problem was reported, the response took too long. That delay really caused stress and discomfort for the residents dealing with it, and it also left everyone worried about it spreading. One more thing, it would be great to have more computers available in the study room.”

“About the washing machines and how clean things actually get. My first look was at a really nasty mattress, and I ended up spending a small fortune on dry cleaning because the washing machines usually do not work.”

“The en-suite bathrooms could really use a little shelf or a toilet paper holder somewhere.”
