“I think it’s important to have the right processes in place for repairs and keeping the flat in good condition. It just doesn’t seem professional for staff to walk into the flat without warning or any notice at all.”

“The heating is a real pain. The timer setup is so inconvenient. I end up having to get out of bed every 40 minutes just to manually switch the heater back on, and it gets exhausting fast. It would be much better if it stayed on all the time so we can turn it off ourselves, or at the very least if it ran for a decent stretch of time. Also, there are only two washing machines for the entire complex. Getting laundry done is honestly tough because you’re always waiting for a machine. They did replace the old ones with newer models, which is great, but it would have been even better if they had added extra machines too.”
