“If I had to pick one thing to improve about my place, it would be the recycling setup. Right now, it’s not always clear which materials belong in which bins. On top of that, there aren’t always enough recycling spots available, which makes it harder to recycle the right way.”

“I brought this up in a previous reply, but I really think there’s room for improvement. The big issue is that there isn’t a defibrillator anywhere in the building. It’s not in the halls and it’s not even in the administration office. That can be really dangerous if someone has a medical emergency. Also, I’ve seen a couple situations where the fire alarms didn’t go off. I know they’re trying to fix things, but I think they could do a better job with fire safety overall.”

“I think they should put jet sprays in the bathrooms.”

“The room should grow a bit over time.”

“The sound insulation between the walls is better, but I still can’t sleep well. People talking on the phone and snoring keep me up. On top of that, there’s this weird, really loud humming noise, and I’m pretty sure it’s coming from someone’s bathroom ventilator. It wakes me up at night.”

“Everything’s fine overall. I just wish the room and the kitchen were a bit bigger, but honestly, no real complaints.”

“Please add more amenities. Also, get the rooms cleaned up before we move in. I found mold in my “newly refurbished” bathroom and even on the window.”

“If you want the rooms to be more soundproof, it definitely doesn’t feel like it. You can easily hear what other people are doing in their rooms, day or night.”
