“One area where Victoria Halls could really improve is the cleanliness of the shared spaces, like the study rooms and the common areas in the kitchens, especially where there are upholstered chairs or sofas. I think if those areas were kept cleaner, the whole place would feel more comfortable and easier to use day to day, and more welcoming for people who might be dealing with things like OCD or germophobia. Right now, those seats are often stained or pretty grimy, and it’s hard for students to clean them properly on their own. If the hall staff could make sure the upholstery gets cleaned regularly, it would go a long way toward making the space feel more accessible and truly welcoming for everyone, not just for some people.”

“The kitchen is used by eight people, and that can get a bit tricky sometimes. If I could choose, I’d probably keep it to around six people.”

“They really should think about the noise and plan at least one weekend where they aren’t working on the construction. 🙄”
